How to implement Creation's in game?

I may be being very stupid but I have created a team with all my pals, took ages and now have no idea how to get it onto my game. Am on creation centre on xbox and all it says is "no teams are available". I just created an EA account as well so do I need to link it to my xbox account somehow? Please help guys.
