Man!!! what's going on here???

I logged in to EA and PSN account and even bookmarked players as the manual said yet it says they are not avaliable??? what did i miss exactly??? or you guys don't care at all? Don't tell me this is still not fixed yet...|||Im having issues login into the creation centre. once I sign in it loads complete blank page.
I have clear my cache and cookies to try to sign in again. But keeps giving me a blank page... whats going on??

I don't know mate... i just signed in to ea and remove the bookmark and bookmarked again repeatly but still no luck...|||I am having the same issue!!! I have bookmarked my teams and players online but when i go to download them into my PS3 there is nothing!!!|||This problem has been issued already :)|||SORT YOUR DETAILS OUT|||i also can't bookmark players yesterday everything was fine and now :)

I was having the same issue and so i tried to make a new account both here on EA and PSN and IT WORKS now with my new account!!! you should try it out:)
