Creation Centre HELP- Team creation, Uniform Section

Hello guys,
This thread is about me having a problem with the unity3d Webplayer.
When making a team in the creation centre, i always get up to the stage with the uniform choosing. I click the link to the unity3d webplayer, download it and install it. Everytime i go back to the page of the creation centre it still says i need to download unity even though i have?

From australia :)|||CAN someone please help !! :)|||Download, then close your browser...the install the app...the re open your browser with CC :)|||i do that, i download it, close off all the internet explorers, install the app and then open up internet explorer and go to the creation centre?????
Nothing changes on it, it still says the usual stuff of , install unity and you can see what the uniform will look like in game. It doesnt update or anything?? iv checked my computer and it says unity has been installed and is operating so im not sure? I am from australia?|||

From australia :)

I had the same problem - make sure you're using your default browser and don't use a 64-bit version of internet explorer - use the normal one
