Special moves and weak foot ability?

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to edit the star ratings for special moves and the weak foot ability at the creation centre?
I'm asking, because I recently created the Dortmund team from 97' (CL winner) and they all have good ratings but play horrible in game because they all have 0 stars for special moves.|||This happened to me also.
To solve, go to your created player in bookmarks and re-edit him by clicking on the 'behaviour' tab (which is accessed when you click on traits). There you change the level of skills from 'none' to 'most advanced'.
