Help.. Im Having Problems Using This And Game Face

Okay.. So Im Having A Problem In That I Cant See The Words Or Certain Buttons In The Game Face Creation Menu And The Creation Center Screen..Is There Anything Additional To Download For The Game Face To Work? Because It Was Fine And Now I Cant See The 3D Model Only A Black Screen.. And Does This Creation Centre Eliminate Creating A Player On The Console?
