Player with Poacher attribute

How do i create a player with poacher attribute in the creation center , i copied all the attributes of Anelka who is a poacher in the game and still my player wont get the poacher attribute ... plzzz help|||Poacher: Finishing 85, Heading 75, Defence/Attack Workrates CANNOT BOTH be set to High. Any other combination is fine.
