problem with creation centre

ove created a great team fine no problems on the web app then i went to save it and then hopefully download it to xbox and it said unable to save please login aqnd try again but i was signed in to the ea web app site and my xbox and not sure how to get it to xbox obviously either not working or am i doing something wrong|||any help would be nice if you have same problem or if any1 knows if im doin something wrong?
