Utter tripe

Game face - Utter tripe cannot re-do face (Also my surname is missing yet was in Fifa 2010 WC wtf.
Creation centre - Utter tripe cannot save player
Ea's customer service - Utter tripe - Add features to a game that are not ready to be used
Really this is stupid I cannot re do my Game face, Cant save players in the creation centre.
Why do I bother.
I really am trying to like to this game and see past the current issues. Do not think I will make it.
