Limit number for downloadable teams in Creation Centre ?

Is there any limit number for downloadable teams in CC mode ?
I cannot download more than 19 teams...also for you ?|||450 players. That is 18 teams of 25 players; or 25 teams of 18 players; or any combination in between.
