Creation Player Progression!

If I make a 16 year old with a rating of say 65. How does he progress to become a better player if you can't use them in a career?|||you can use him in cm as long as the player is created from within the game and not creation centre, created players grow a lot quicker in the game, i created 3 brazlians with 80 ovr stats at age 19 and put them in santos, they are now 22 and have 85-88 ovr!|||Creation Centre players dont grow. Also players dont grow in general until at least age 22, Career Mode is f*cked
